SEMASA PARKING, was incorporated in 2006 and specializes in Parking Operation & Management Services. Our customers range from commercial office, shopping mall, residential/hotel and mixed-use especially within the exclusive urban business center/transportation hub such as Kuala Lumpur Sentral, PJ Sentral and Penang Sentral. We are a wholly owned subsidiary of Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad(“MRCB”). We are also an ISO 9001:2015 certified company.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SEASON PARKING
Users shall use the carpark at their own risk and hereby exempt Semasa Parking Sdn Bhd (“the Company”), its agents and servants from liability of any kind resulting from any accident, damage or injury to person or for any loss resulting from theft or damage to property occurring within the carpark which is not directly caused by the negligence of the Company.
